How long will delivery take?
Our jewellery is handmade and made to order; please allow 10-12 business days before delivery. However, we do have certain items in stock and ready to ship. The lead time is stated in each product description.
If you require immediate delivery than the advertised lead time, it may be possible dependant on the current inventory – please email us at email@example.com to ensure availability before ordering.
We will deliver your jewellery to the provided address at the time you made your order. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address and that there is somebody to sign and take the package from our delivery service. Ownership of the jewellery is transferred to you once the package has left our studio and been handed over to our delivery service. We hold no responsibility for any incorrect addresses at the time of order.
Once the jewellery has been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
We ship worldwide for FREE — depending on the country we are shipping to delivery times will vary AFTER we have dispatched your order as all our jewellery is handmade and made to order.

Can I track my order?
Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email confirming the shipment, including a tracking number.
Do I have to pay customs and/or import charges?
If you are an international customer outside the EU, you may need to pay customs charges and/or taxes when your order arrives in your country. Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. OHLINA cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items to countries outside the UK.
What should I do if my item does not arrive?
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period (please check postal guideline times above), please get in contact with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily investigate the issue. However, if you have provided an incorrect address at the time of order, we are unable to assist you.
If your order is returned to us because the delivery service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
Please note: Royal Mail does not declare items posted within the UK as lost until after 15 working days*, 20 working days for Europe* and 25 working days for rest of the world*.
*the period of time will be calculated after the due delivery date.
